This weekend was a 3 day weekend for me. Hallelujah! I feel like since Spring I’ve been on the go with travelling, concerts, events, work, camping and fun. This weekend we had plans to camp which were changed due to weather so I decided to take a “Blair Weekend.” I opted to stay home when Shayne went to Kamloops to store our camper and didn’t do much (I have a trip coming up this week, too). I got together with friends for a Thanksgiving dinner on Saturday but I managed to sleep at least 11hours each night, nap, relax, not wash my hair, ride my bike, and catch up on my television shows. I have come to realize that I don’t let that happen often enough. I slept a lot because my body needed it. So, here are a few things that I’m going to try and do more often:

1. Sleep in (past 7am)
2. Take naps
3. Have a day off where I have no plans and I go with the flow
4. Go to bed at a reasonable time during the week (Note: I already do this and am usually in bed around 9:30pm)
